Once you submit your details and we’ll call or email you within 1 business day.

If you decide to move forward with Ooh, there are no upfront fees.
If you choose not to proceed, we all move on, and wish each other well.

15 - 30 minute discovery call
The discovery session will be conducted via video call or phone and over that call we will ask pointed questions to understand your needs.

Implementation & onboarding
We initiate the implementation and onboarding phase. This could involve all or some of the following:
● Planning the project kickoff.
● Aligning on IT tools, KPIs, and operational processes.
● Interview to find you the perfect candidate(s).
● Present candidates to you and set up interviews.
● Formalise employment with chosen candidate(s).
● Finalise schedules for day 1 of employee onboarding.

A ‘no fluff” proposal
Next, we’ll present an easily digestible proposal outlining options based on what we spoke about in the discovery call.
This proposal sets the stage for our partnership, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding.
There maybe a bit of a dance in this part, as we go we go back and forth going over the details, this is to ensure we get it right.

Operations commence
On day 1, operations officially begin, marking the start of a productive & streamlined partnership. Ooh is committed to ongoing support, allowing you to focus on your core business while we expertly manage all outsourced functions.
