If you decide to move forward with Ooh, there are no upfront fees. It's not a problem if you choose not to proceed - not a problem, we’ll shake hands, and wish each other well.

15 - 30 minute discovery call
The discovery session will be conducted via video call or phone and over that call we will ask a series of questions to deeply understand your talent requirements.

Implementation & onboarding
We begin the implementation and onboarding phase. This involves:
● Planning the project kickoff - do a deep dive into scope of role, objectives, success metrics.
●Explore our network to find the right talent for your needs.
● Aligning on IT tools, KPIs, and operational processes.
● Interviewing & evaluating, to find you the perfect candidate(s).
● Present candidates to you and set up interviews.
● Formalising employment with chosen candidate(s).
● Finalising schedules for day 1 of employee onboarding.

A ‘no fluff” proposal
Next, we’ll present an easily digestible proposal outlining talent options. This proposal sets the stage for our partnership, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding.

Operations commence
On day 1, operations officially begin, marking the start of a productive & streamlined partnership. Ooh is committed to ongoing support, allowing you to focus on your core business while we expertly manage all outsourced functions.
